Berry pavlova mess looks and sounds pretty delicious, right?

But you haven’t heard the best bit yet…our recipe uses homemade a2 Milk™ custard.

This small tweak to a traditional pavlova not only adds a mouth-watering ‘ta-da’ but it also means that it’s a wonderfully impressive dessert all year round. Go on…try it…you’ll never look back!

  • 10g mint, finely chopped
  • 60g raspberry coulis


  • Make our delicious Homemade a2 Milk™ Custard and allow to cool.
  • In a large bowl, crumble the meringues into bite-sized pieces.
  • Into each individual dish and begin to layer the ingredients, starting with the crumbled meringue.
  • Then add the fresh raspberries, strawberries, blueberries and a hint of mint.
  • Add a thick layer of custard and then drizzle over the raspberry coulis.
  • Top with more crumbled meringue and fresh berries. Delicious!
