Berry smoothie

Kick start the day with our delicious berry smoothie. It’s so simple to make, just add a2 Milk™, frozen berries and yoghurt to a blender and whiz until smooth. To keep our smoothie A1 protein free, we used homemade a2 Milk™ yoghurt.

Add some whey protein powder, and you’ve got the perfect post exercise recovery drink!

Serving: 1-2

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen berries of your choice
  • 1 cup of homemade a2 Milk™ yoghurt
  • 500ml of any a2 Milk™ variety
  • Optional: 2 tablespoons whey protein powder

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a tall serving glass.
  • Serve immediately.
