Chocolate Fudge

Chocolate fudge is more than just a delicious after-dinner treat, you can also wrap it up beautifully and turn it into a homemade pressie.

This easy chocolate fudge takes just 5 minutes to make, it has no cooking involved and there are only 6 ingredients required! It doesn’t get much easier than that.

We’ve used our homemade condensed milk to ensure that the recipe is naturally free-from the A1 protein. You can find the recipe for condensed milk here – we promise it’s worth it!

  • 400ml homemade a2 Milk™ condensed milk
  • 560g high-quality 60-75% dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 60g roasted pistachio, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 50g soft dried cranberries, roughly chopped
  • 50g soft dried apricots, finely chopped
  • Sea salt flakes (optional)


  • Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan and line with parchment paper, allowing the excess paper to overhang the sides, so it will be easier to lift up the fudge when ready.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine together a2 Milk™ condensed milk and chocolate chunks. Microwave on full power for 1-2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is completely smooth.
  • Mix in vanilla extract, chopped pistachio and cranberries.
  • With the help of a spatula, pour the fudge into the prepared pan and smooth the top, then sprinkle with sea salt flakes (optional). Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • When ready, transfer the fudge to a chopping board and cut into small squares.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate in airtight container for up to 1 week. You may also freeze the fudge in a freezer-safe container for up to 1 month.
