Pour the vanilla extract, cinnamon and whole a2 Milk™ into a saucepan and gently heat for around 5 minutes before bringing slowly to the boil, stirring frequently. Once at boiling point, remove from the heat.
In a bowl, add the egg yolks and sugar and whisk until light in colour.
Carefully pour the hot milk mixture bit by bit into the eggs, stirring continuously.
Pour the mixture back into the saucepan, and cook over a medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened, being careful not to let it boil!
Remove from the heat, stir in the goat’s cream, vanilla extract and serve with a sprinkle of nutmeg on top.
