Incredibly rich and healthy, this 3-ingredient ice cream is super versatile and easy to customize with your favourite flavours

There are so many wonderful things you can do with a mango – they go perfectly in salads, drinks, desserts and chutneys to name a few. But this mango ice cream is one recipe where they really come into their own. It’s so easy to make because the flavour from the mango is so delicious that you only need 2 other ingredients – delicious a2 Milk™ and maple syrup. Once you’ve tried this homemade mango ice cream you will never go back – it’s a real crowd pleaser!

 

 

Yield: 8 servings

Ingredients

  • 500ml whole a2 Milk™
  • 200gr fresh mango puree
  • ¼ cup high-quality pure maple syrup

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Ice cream maker
  • Ice cream scooper

Directions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and prepare according to manufacturer instructions.
  • Eat straight away or store into a freeze container for up to a week.
