Muhalabeih is a traditional middle eastern milk pudding that can be eaten chilled or warm, right after it’s been cooked. Our recipe uses a2 Milk™, infused with rose water and can be garnished with whatever takes your fancy; almonds, desiccated coconut, pomegranate seeds or even cocoa nibs! We’ve used crushed pistachio nuts and a sprinkling of rose petals to add a flash of colour. For those of us who are you’re trying to cut down on a few calories, you could reduce the sugar to 2tbsp instead of 100 grams. Four simple ingredients, one exotic dessert!
