Peanut Butter Porridge

Peanut butter porridge made with fresh a2 Milk™ is a delicious and nutritious way to start the day during these cold winter mornings.

Did you know that peanut butter is packed with healthy fats and protein? This means that two spoonfuls in your porridge might help to satisfy your appetite and support your energy levels for a little bit longer.

Then why not sprinkle with your choice of toppings to really create the ultimate porridge.

Yield: serves 4


  • 150g rolled oats
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 700ml Semi-Skimmed a2 Milk™
  • 2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
  • Toppings as desired; extra peanut butter, honey, dark chocolate chunks, chopped almonds


  • Mix together oats, cinnamon, honey & the milk in a saucepan over a medium heat.
  • Bring up to a simmer and simmer for 6-7 mins, stirring the oats often.
  • Then add in the peanut butter, stir till it is mixed in and switch off the heat.
  • Ladle the porridge into bowls and add your desired toppings if using.


Top Tip!
If you fancy your porridge a little milkier, add another splash of a2 Milk™
