A delicious concoction of fresh, warm a2 Milk™ and a blend of spices that will help you fall asleep. This beautiful and aromatic Pink Moon Milk will help you get a well-deserved good night sleep after a long day.
Yield: 2 serves
480ml Fresh Whole a2 Milk™
2 teaspoons beet powder
1 teaspoon ground ashwagandha (or another adaptogen, such as shatavari or astralagus)
½ teaspoon ginger powder
½ teaspoon coconut oil
2 teaspoons (or more) organic honey
handful of dried hibiscus flower or rose petals
In a small pan, heat a2 Milk™ gently over medium-low heat.
Whisk in beet powder, ashwagandha, and ginger.
Reduce heat to low, add in coconut oil and continue to cook for about 3-5 minutes.
Remove your Pink Moon Milk from the heat and let it cool slightly, then stir in the honey.
Divide the Moon Milk between two mugs, top with hibiscus flowers or rose petals for extra flavour, and drink immediately.
