Blueberry Smoothie

Our a2 Milk™ smoothie bowl recipe is bright, colourful and energising. It even contains edible flowers and food doesn’t get much sunnier than that! It’s also packed full of vitamins and minerals to get your day off to a great start.

Get creative and add your favourite toppings – it’s a great recipe for the kids to join in with.

  • 100g frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana, frozen in chunks
  • 150ml Whole a2 Milk™
  • 1 tsp honey


  • 30g porridge oats
  • 1 tsp desiccated coconut
  • 1 tsp chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp dried fruit
  • ½ tbsp honey
  • ½ tbsp coconut oil, melted

Optional toppings

  • Toasted coconut flakes
  • Banana, chopped
  • Blueberries
  • Kiwi
  • Goji berries
  • Edible flowers


  • Preheat your oven to 160°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Mix together the oats, desiccated coconut, chopped nuts and dried fruit in a bowl. Mix in the honey and melted coconut oil until combined.
  • Spread the mixture onto the parchment paper and transfer to the oven to bake for 10 minutes.
  • Stir the granola and continue to bake for a further 10 minutes. Once the granola is golden, remove from the oven and set aside.
  • Place the blueberries, banana, a2 Milk™ and honey in to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish decoratively with toppings.
