Matcha Tea Latte

Now you might not think to pair green tea with milk – but once you’ve tried this combination, you’ll never look back. The slightly creamy and bitter sweet taste makes this a tasty swap for your morning coffee.

With the all the nutritional goodness* a2 Milk™ has to offer, combined with the antioxidant content of the matcha tea, you’ve got yourself a great pick me up.

Servings: 1


  • 200ml Semi-Skimmed a2 Milk™
  • 1 tsp matcha green tea
  • 1 tbsp hot water
  • Organic honey, to taste


  • In a small pot over medium heat, bring a2 Milk™ to a bare simmer.
  • In the meantime, place the matcha green tea in a large cup and whisk in the hot water.
  • Once your a2 Milk™ is hot enough, gently whisk it to make it a little frothy.
  • Pour the milk into the prepared matcha tea, sweeten with honey to taste and serve immediately.
