Mini Pizza Quiches

It’s never too early to teach your little ones the importance of healthy food and how to cook it.

These delicious Mini Pizza Quiches are simple to make, perfect for a lunch time snack and because they are made with a2 Milk™ and pecorino cheese they naturally contain only the A2 protein.

  • 6 flour or gluten-free tortilla wraps (10-inch)
  • 6 eggs
  • 125 ml Whole a2 Milk™
  • 1/2 cup grated Pecorino cheese
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
  • 50g sliced pepperoni
  • 12 halved cherry tomatoes
  • 75g cooked sweetcorn


  • Preheat the oven to 200˚C/180°C fan/gas mark 6.
  • Using a cookie cutter, cut twelve 4-inch rounds from tortilla wraps, then use them to line 12 muffin cups. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until lightly crisped but not browned. Cool completely in the muffin cups.
  • Whisk together the eggs, a2 Milk™, cheese, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. Fill each cup evenly with pepperoni, tomatoes and corn. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the top.
  • Bake the mini quiches for 15-20 minutes, or until the filling is set. Let them stand for 10 minutes before serving.
